The Mix & Match Travel booking fee enables us to bring you the very best airfares available every day, as well as the flexibility to mix and match one way and return fares on all of your favourite airlines to and from your destination.
In addition to maintaining our award-winning website, you have access to customer support via our call centre.
We charge a booking fee per person each time a flight booking is confirmed. The amount of booking fee varies based on the destination the customer is travelling to. The exact amount of the booking fee is displayed on the Traveller Details page before the customer confirms a booking.

*If you've used Afterpay or Laybuy to purchase your flight, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments until a refund is received from the airline. This can take approximately 6 weeks. If your fare is non-refundable you will still be responsible for all payments if you cancel your flight.
